Hi! Im Daysani, a 20-year-old with 3 years of child care experience. Along with my work experience I have taken multiple college courses focused on child development. My focus is on supporting your child's development by providing a safe, routine-focused and creative space for them to grow in. I love planning themed activities and engaging children in play-based learning. A theme may include stories, crafts, snacks, and games based around it. I also heavily encourage outdoor time, exploration, and independent play. I practice authoritative caregiving by establishing firm boundaries, and having kindness and patience with the children I care for.
