I’m Kaye Graham, and my passion for working with children stems from a deep-seated desire to inspire growth and positive change. With a background in advocacy and mentorship, I bring a unique blend of leadership and compassion to my role as a babysitter. Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and a minor in Inequality Studies from Cornell University, I combine academic knowledge with practical expertise. My certifications in First Aid, CPR, and Food Handling ensure a safe and structured environment for the children under my care. What sets me apart is my ability to create engaging and tailored experiences for each child, whether it’s exploring nature, delving into cultural history, or sparking creativity through arts and crafts. Fluent in English and proficient in Spanish, I embrace diversity and inclusivity in my approach to childcare. My experience ranges from leading environmental education activities with Friends of the Forest Read more Preserves to providing companionship and support to elderly clients at Visiting Angels. As a mentor in the Cross Cultural Adoptee Mentorship Program, I developed and executed educational activities, fostering holistic development in my mentee. For me, working with children is more than just a job—it’s a calling rooted in a genuine love for inspiring young hearts and minds to reach their fullest potential.
