Hello SitterCity families! I am local to the East End and have spent the past 15+ years working with children, initially babysitting on weekends and acting as a vacation nanny for visiting families over the summers. For about half of those years, I was also working in a school setting (2015-2022). Since Sept 2022, I have taken on more afterschool hours, working with several families each week to help them fill coverage gaps. I love spending time with children and being a part of their development. I have worked with every age from newborns to teenagers, but the majority of my childcare experience has been with ages 1-9. My responsibilities over the years have included: - transporting children to/from school and activities - planning age-appropriate outings and adventures - chaperoning playdates - meal prep - potty training - overnights while parents away - traveling with family - running errands, when Read more necessary - light cleaning, as needed I am available for occasional weekends, including evenings, however, I am looking for a primarily weekday position.
