Hi there! I’m Maggie, short for Magdelina Hefley. I absolutely love being in leadership roles and enjoy working together with my peers and clients. I have a positive outlook and find it easy to connect with people from all walks of life. My background includes tutoring, childcare, behavioral management, special needs care, and caring for animals. One of my favorite experiences was as a tutor, where I helped children with their reading and writing. To keep things fun and engaging, I created a reward system where they could earn stickers and little toys for reaching their daily reading goals! Over the years, I’ve learned a lot about patience, which has been invaluable in my work, especially in childcare.
