As a Human Development major, I have a strong understanding of how children grow and learn, which helps me create a fun, positive environment where they can thrive. I bring several years of hands-on experience working with children in different settings, including as a behavior technician supporting children with developmental and behavioral needs, a camp counselor for three years leading activities and managing groups, and a daycare teacher caring for young children and supporting early learning. I’m responsible, patient, and attentive, with strong communication skills that help me connect easily with both children and parents. I’m skilled at keeping kids engaged through creative activities, managing routines like meals and bedtime, and staying calm in any situation, while always prioritizing safety and bringing a reliable, positive attitude to every babysitting job
