Hi, my name is Bailey! I’ve always loved working with kids and being a safe person for them to feel comfortable and happy near. I got into childcare because I genuinely enjoy helping children learn, grow, and feel confident while having fun along the way. I have almost 3 years of professional experience caring for children of different ages, from infants to school-age kids, and I’m very comfortable handling daily routines like meals, naps, playtime, homework help, and bedtime. I’ve worked as a babysitter for many years, but became a daycare teacher 2 years ago, which has helped me become adaptable and reliable in different family environments. I have training in childcare and child safety, including CPR and First Aid, and I’m always open to learning new skills to better support the families I work with. I have a lot of experience with things like potty training, establishing routines, encouraging positive behavior, and keeping kids engaged through age-appropriate activities. I’m also comfortable helping with light household tasks related to the children, such as organizing toys, preparing simple meals, doing the children's laundry, or keeping schedules on track. My approach to childcare is extremely hands-on, patient, and play-based. I believe kids learn best through play, exploration, and feeling supported, so I focus on creating a fun, structured, and caring environment where they can thrive. I value open communication with parents and always do my best to meet each child’s unique needs. Most importantly, I treat every child I care for as if they were my own, with kindness, patience, and respect, and I take pride in being someone families can trust and depend on!
