Hi! My name is Ashton, and I’m passionate about working with children and helping them learn, grow, and reach their full potential. I’m currently an Early Childhood Education major and work in an after-school program, where I enjoy creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment for kids. I have several years of babysitting experience, along with experience working with children through 4-H summer camps and FFA activities. Through these experiences, I’ve developed strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills while learning how to make children feel included, encouraged, and supported. I am also CPR and First Aid certified! I love keeping kids engaged through crafts, games, outdoor activities, and learning opportunities. I understand that every child has their own personality and needs, and I enjoy finding ways to help each child feel comfortable and confident.
