Meet Yolanda

• Comfortable with pets

Throughout my life I have been honored to care for children of neighbors, family, and friends. My love of play and of stretching the imagination, of reading and of learning has impacted so many of the children I have watched grow up and now have children of their own. I find the most fulfillment in caring for others and serving in a capacity that is essential. I am firm but funny and have learned much from the different personalities I have worked with. I know how to create a sense of safety and acceptance for the people I have cared for. I find innocence the most valuable thing and the feeling of being seen and accepted as the second most valuable. I do know that should I be given the opportunity to serve your family, you would be able to see that I am sincere in my care of others. I enjoy exploring new things and finding ways to use tactile and visual projects and games.
