First time hiring a sitter so we were pretty nervous about it. Isadora showed up on time and after introducing her to the kids, she went straight into interacting with my daughter (2) who's really the one that needed more attention. My daughter felt so comfortable with her that when leaving she said bye to us instead of crying so that made us very happy. Isadora followed our instructions and after getting back home everything was fine. We were very happy to have her and will hire her again if she's available. I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter they can trust specially if it's their first time hiring one.
