Why do you love being a sitter? I love being a sitter because I naturally enjoy caring for others whether it's kids or animals. I'm very nurturing, playful, and patient, which helps me connect quickly with pets and make them feel comfortable. Being a sitter gives me the chance to help families feel at ease knowing their loved ones furry or not are safe and well cared for. What experience do you have? I’ve worked as a behavioral therapist with children, a summer camp counselor, and a swim coach for kids. These roles have taught me how to be responsible, creative, and patient all of which are important when caring for pets. While I haven’t done formal pet sitting yet, I’ve spent time around animals and am confident in handling daily care routines, playtime, and providing a safe environment. What skills and training do you have? I’m CPR certified, trained Read more in behavior management through my current job, and great at staying calm under pressure. I’m also very observant and good at following detailed instructions whether it’s for a child or a pet. Plus, I’m reliable, friendly, and quick to adapt to different needs and personalities.
