Don't have childrSafety trained and oriented. Truly enjoys children. Energetic and wanting to create fun activities for my kids, but willing to follow our schedule. Has or is able to respect our values as parents and people (feminist, respectful, etc). We had a nanny who told our baby boys didn’t fold laundry. Self-sufficient and reliant, does not want or need a lot of focused guidance. This one is might be unpopular, but: willing to tidy our house, do laundry, and light cleaning. We pay commensurately. We are both working a lot and I really want to spend my downtime with my kids rather than trying to keep the house going. If someone is going to let my kids play independently or even give them a bit of screen time I would rather it be the nanny than me. We do pay for more intensive cleaning every week or two weeks, Read more but when there are kids at home the tidying and housework is constant.en myself but
