Hello, families! I am 24 years old and have been working full time as a nanny for the past 4 and a half years with the exception of summers where I have worked children’s camps and programs. I have an associate's degree with courses in child psychology, development, and education. I am currently working towards my bachelor's degree in English education. I am CPR and First Aid certified and have my own safe and reliable vehicle with a clean driving record and full coverage insurance. I am also fully vaccinated for the COVID-19 virus. I have experience with children ages 2-12 with the majority of my time being spent with ages 2-8. In my 4 and a half years as a nanny, I have helped children meet developmental milestones with enthusiasm and encouragement. In addition to indoor activities, I think it is very important to get children outside and moving when the weather allows for it. I am a big fan of walks (rain or shine), scavenger hunts, picnics, and visits to the park. Some areas that I have experience in are: early childhood milestones, preschool education, elementary curriculum and homework help, children with mental illness, emotional support, creating and maintaining schedules, preparing balanced meals and snacks, driving children to and from school and activities, organizing children's play and work areas, arts and crafts.
