Hello! My name is Sofia :) A little bit about myself; I have 5+ years of experience in child care. Before I left for college I babysat for a family every week for two young boys. The boys were 4 and 7 when I first started working. Some of my favorite things to do with the boys were go hiking, play board games, take care of their pet lizard, and have lots of dance parties! One of my favorite things I ever did was help connect them to their culture! Upon hearing that I was first-generation hispanic-americen, their mother asked me to help them connect to their Colombian roots. I taught them the history of the culture, we tracked down their family tree, and over the course fo 5 yeas, taught them Spanish (a language I am fluent in! A little bit about myself; I am a college student currently Read more studies politics with a minor in gender and sexuality studies as well as peace and justice studies. I work at an art collective, where I have picked up a lot of knowledge on music and art (as well as arts and crafts). I also intern at a community center where I work with women and men help obtain opportunities, find housing, and help them get back on their feet. Sofía is an amazing, imaginative, caring, creative babysitter. We met her during our trip to LA and she helped care for our two children. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a responsible and energetic babysitter. Our kids ask about her till this day.

Sofia is absolutely lovely. She has taken care of my three children on many occasions (twins age 5 and a 3 year old) as well as my baby (5mo) and she is great with all of them. She genuinely loves children and brings an excited energy to the home. She’s vocal and can discipline when needed but truly is very loving and a bit of a child at heart. Can’t recommend her more we adore her
