I began babysitting at 13 years old for families in my church and community, caring for children ages 6 months to 11 years. During college, I continued providing childcare for families with children under 2. Since graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, I have worked in several child-focused roles, including babysitting a 1-year-old, working with middle school students at the Boys & Girls Club, and serving as a teacher’s assistant for special education high school students. My education helped me understand the importance of family and child development, and I am passionate about supporting children as they learn and grow. I also enjoy using my creativity and artistic skills to engage children through hands-on activities and meaningful interactions rather than relying heavily on technology.
