Hi! My name is Sydny, and I’m a 24-year-old registered nurse with two years of nursing experience in the emergency department and ICU. I have been babysitting children of all ages for many years, largely because I grew up as the oldest sibling in a large family. Most recently, I spent three years caring for two young children, ages 1 and 3, as well as a newborn. Through these experiences, I’ve become very comfortable caring for infants and young children, including feeding, diapering, playtime, bedtime routines, and keeping children safe and engaged. My nursing background has also given me valuable experience with responsibility, patience, communication, and responding calmly in unexpected situations. I am CPR certified and take the safety and well-being of the children in my care very seriously. I am also very comfortable around pets! I have two Australian Shepherds of my own named Rose and Grisha, so I’m Read more happy to help with pets as well. I’m caring, dependable, attentive, and genuinely enjoy spending time with children.
