Initially I was excited to work with this sitter. We agreed on a date for her to meet my baby before I committed to scheduling her. On the day that we were supposed to meet, I texted her 3 times throughout the day and she never responded. It has been a few days and I still haven't heard from her. This puts me in a stressful situation since I have to find and interview another sitter quickly. Communication and reliability are important traits in childcare and this sitter clearly lacks these attributes.
