Hi! My name is Emilia, and I am a college student at Harding University with a strong passion for helping families create calm, organized, and supportive home environments. I have experience in both childcare and household management, including cleaning, organizing, laundry, meal prep, and running errands. I’ve worked with families to help take stress off their day-to-day responsibilities so they can spend more quality time together. I also grew up helping care for my younger brother and cousins, which naturally built my love for working with kids. I am dependable, flexible, and communicate my schedule clearly and in advance. I thrive in both structured routines and situations that require adaptability. I bring a fun, positive energy into the home while also prioritizing peace, order, and efficiency. I am calm under pressure, proactive, and always look for ways to be helpful. I also have a natural eye for organization and enjoy creating systems that help homes run smoothly. I love staying active and being outdoors, and I enjoy engaging with kids in ways that are both fun and enriching. I have previously been CPR certified and would be happy to renew my certification if needed. I truly enjoy working with people and take pride in creating environments where families feel supported, cared for, and at ease.
