Hi there! I’m Ansleigh! I’m a proud mama, the oldest sibling (aka the built-in babysitter), and someone who has always found joy in helping little ones learn, laugh, and grow. From diaper duty to dinosaur trivia, I’ve pretty much done it all. Growing up, I was the go-to sitter for younger siblings and family friends, and now as a mom myself, my passion for caring for kids has only grown stronger (and my trick for sneaking veggies into snacks has gotten a lot better!). I’m super comfortable with kiddos of all ages- from sleepy newborns to energetic elementary schoolers. Whether we’re building blanket forts, reading five bedtime stories in a row, or just hanging out in the yard with bubbles and chalk, I love creating a fun and safe environment where children can thrive. I love to read and make up silly tales that keep imaginations going. • We eat pretty clean at home (lots of fruits, veggies, and organic snacks), but yes, we know and love the magic of Goldfish crackers and the occasional sweet treat! • We’ve got a sweet (and slightly ancient) dog who's mostly out with my husband on outdoor adventures. • Our home is cozy, clean, baby-proofed, and located in a quiet area near a great park and library which are perfect for outings! Being a mom has not only reignited my love for childcare but also given me a deep understanding of the patience, playfulness, and flexibility that little humans require. Plus, I love that my own little one gets the chance to socialize and learn alongside other kids.. it's a win-win!
