We interviewed and hired Ayaira. She has multiple certifications (first aid, CPR) and is a lifeguard. She is also communicative and timely. Most importantly, she is very attentive and sweet, and our shy 15 month old warmed up to her very quickly. Our 10 year old gave her a seal of approval as well! We will continue to work with her as needed.
