My name is Michelle, and I am a Special Education Teaching Assistant with the Fort Worth Independent School District. I have over 30 years of childcare experience, including more than 15 years in professional childcare roles. I began my professional career as a nanny in 2011 caring for four-month-old twins, which helped me develop strong skills in organization, patience, and maintaining routines for young children. Since then, I have worked with many families in both part-time and full-time positions and have experience caring for multiple children at once, including infants through school-age children. Working in special education has given me additional skills in patience, communication, and supporting children with different developmental needs and learning styles. I truly enjoy helping children feel safe, supported, and engaged. I am available evenings and weekends until summer break. I am looking for a weekend position. I will be looking for a full-time summer position.
