Ever since I was a child, I have loved caring for infants and toddlers. Spending time with little ones has always come naturally to me, I could spend hours playing, reading, or simply keeping them company and never feel bored. My experience with childcare truly feels like a lifelong journey. For the past year, I have been consistently babysitting for a wonderful family with three children. When I first started, the youngest was just 5 months old, the middle child was 6, and the oldest was 9. Over time, I’ve built a close bond with each of them, learning how to balance the needs of different ages while maintaining a calm and organized environment. In addition, I have often been asked by family friends to babysit their babies and children, giving me even more hands-on experience with kids of various ages and personalities. I enjoy helping children manage their time, complete homework, and stay engaged in learning through creative and fun approaches. I am available mainly only on weekdays. Generally I am very adaptable and can adjust plans quickly when things change, while still keeping everyone’s needs and priorities in mind. One of the things I take pride in is creating a warm, positive, and motivating environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged. I always aim to foster emotional growth through patience, empathy, and active listening. I’ve learned the importance of teaching kids constructive ways to resolve conflicts and make independent decisions confidently. I communicate clearly and consistently with both parents and children to ensure that expectations are met and everyone feels heard. I’m reliable, organized, and proactive about anticipating needs before they arise. Most importantly, I genuinely love what I do, helping children learn, grow, and feel happy is what makes this work so fulfilling to me.
