Hi there! My name is Divine Ingabire, and I am an experienced caregiver, Psychology student, and Behavioral Health Technician with a genuine love for working with children. I began babysitting informally at age 11 and started professional childcare work at 14. Growing up in a large family gave me extensive experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to teenagers. In addition to childcare, I have worked professionally as both an ABA therapist and Behavioral Health Technician, which has strengthened my skills in communication, patience, emotional support, behavior management, and creating safe, structured environments for children. I am CPR and First Aid certified and have completed multiple behavioral health and mental health training programs through nationally recognized organizations. Unfortunately, Divine agreed to a position but backed out at the last minute, leaving us in a difficult position. We turned down other interested candidates based on her commitment, only for her to cancel just before starting. This lack of professionalism caused unnecessary stress, and I would caution others to ensure reliability before hiring.
