Why I Love Being a Sitter I love being a sitter because I enjoy helping children learn, grow, and feel safe in a supportive environment. Watching kids explore, build confidence, and achieve small milestones brings me joy every day. Experience I have several years of experience caring for children ages 3–7. I babysat consistently while attending Purdue University, caring for two children long-term. Currently, I work as a preschool teacher and kindergarten assistant at an immersion school, where I support both neurotypical children and children with ASD. Skills and Training • CPR and First Aid certified • Special needs and ASD support, including ASIM model training • Behavioral support and emotional regulation assistance • Classroom routines, structured learning, and activity planning I bring patience, reliability, and a passion for helping every child thrive, no matter their needs or abilities.
