I am an individual with over eight years of experience in child care and also with older adults with intellectual disabilities. I am currently completing three years of work specifically with adults with intellectual disabilities, where I am dedicated to teaching how to become more independent. For example, I am committed to helping individuals learn how to obtain and maintain a job, complete volunteer hours, improve their educational skills, and maintain good personal presentation. I am also responsible for transporting individuals in my personal vehicle. One of my favorite parts of the job is actively participating in daily activities, like playing with infants, teaching them to speak their first words, or guiding them during mealtime routines. I am certified in CPR and First Aid. I am friendly, reliable, and passionate about building strong connections with both children and adults. I am currently available in the afternoons and on weekends. Communication Read more is very important to me, so please don’t hesitate to reach out to request references or to schedule a call. I am excited to continue sharing my passion and positive attitude with families, something that has brought me years of rewarding experiences.

We’ve been so fortunate to have Irene care for my son. She is responsible, trustworthy, and has a natural gift with kids. From day one, she made our children feel comfortable and safe. She’s reliable, communicative, and always arrives on time. My son absolutely loves her — she plays with him, helps with routines, and keeps things running smoothly even when I’m away. I truly recommend her to any family looking for someone caring, dependable, and experienced. I only wish I could keep her to myself, but she deserves to be recognized for how wonderful she is! She’s also good with our dogs and cleaning. Her previous job was working with disabled kids-she also showed us proof. Please feel free to call me to ask anything about Irene. 310-406-4957 Sandra Hatcher
