Hello, my name is Liv Kappel! I am a Junior at Xavier and will be residing in off-campus housing so I am located in the Norwood area. I am majoring in Montessori Education with a focus in Special Education. Before starting at Xavier in fall of 2020, I worked at Goldfish Swim School as a swim instructor for two years. I worked with children from the ages of 4 months to 12 years old and taught private lessons for children with disabilities. I was also a nanny last summer and am currently working for a few different families, when they need childcare. For this summer, I have been working at a private daycare in Mason but unfortunately cannot continue throughout the school year as the commute is too long. I am currently looking for a part time job during the fall semester, preferably near Norwood/Xavier.
