Hi! My name is Natalie, and I’m a sophomore at the University of Minnesota and am based in Minneapolis. I have a strong passion for working with kids and creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment where they can thrive. I love staying active, building meaningful connections, and helping children feel comfortable and cared for in their daily routines. I currently work as a childcare provider where I manage busy schedules and help with transportation to school and activities. I also have three years of experience as a camp leader at multiple hockey summer camps, where I supervised 40–50 kids daily, led activities, and encouraged teamwork and positive interactions. These experiences have helped me become patient, adaptable, and confident in handling a variety of situations.
