Hey! My name is Elm, and I'm a college student here in North Carolina studying Business. I've been working with kids since I was 14, and have 3 years of paid experiance working as a residentian summer camp counselor in ENC. I consider myself to be empathetic, kind, and grounded, while also being able to put my foot down when needed. I like to keep it fun! I beleive that unless somthing is hurting the child, the family or the environment, then why not? (unless parents say no of course) Playing in the rain? Sure! Building a giant pillow fort?
