Hi! My name is Valeria, and I have several years of experience working with children of all ages, from infants to high school students. I started by volunteering in a daycare throughout high school, and I also worked as a nanny for two years caring for a 3-year-old girl. I later worked as a staff member at a summer camp (UCYC), where I worked with kids from 3rd grade through high school, helping lead activities and creating a fun, supportive environment. Most recently, I’ve worked as a preschool teacher, both as a lead teacher and assistant teacher. I’ve been a lead teacher for infants and early preschool classrooms, and an assistant teacher for toddlers and other preschool age groups. These experiences have helped me become patient, organized, and confident in creating a safe and engaging space for kids. I am CPR certified and have a food handler’s card.
