Meet Shaneka

I’m a mother of a 9yr old boy. I have babysat for most of my preteen and teenage years, 10+ years ago. I regularly babysit my nieces, nephews and friends kids whenever they ask me. I’m hoping to open up my own at-home child care in a few years. I enjoy working with children. Be it teaching appropriate age academics, exploring their imagination through arts and crafts, which is my favorite. I’m a fun loving person and have so much to give. Kids are very sweet and precious and always brighten up my day. I wished to have a big family, like I did growing up, however schooling and my career got in the way. But I’m blessed with a fun loving awesome kid who is amazing. I enjoy structure and understand how important routine is. I think those are valuable traits to have.
