Hi! I’m Ascher 👋 I’ve loved caring for kids for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I was always the one looking after my older cousins’ kids during holidays and family gatherings. That passion for caregiving has never left me — from babysitting as a teen, to working with infants and toddlers, to leading after-school and camp programs. I also have personal experience with neonatal infants, as my own daughter was a neonatal baby, which has given me a deeper understanding of caring for newborns with specialized needs. I have experience caring for children of all ages, from neonatal newborns to teens. My background includes: • Former 4H camp counselor in Stearns County • Gym coordinator for the Kid Stop after-school program at ROCORI Middle School • Current FIRST Robotics programming mentor for teens in Minneapolis I’m CPR, First Aid, and trauma-informed care certified, and currently taking a Read more Red Cross refresher to stay up to date.
