Hi, I'm Mikaela. I grew up taking care of children at my mom's in-home daycare for 12 years. I then became a nursing assistant and I've been working at an Elementary school for the past 17 years in the health office. I also have experience caring for the elderly and vulnerable/disabled adults. I love animals as well. I was a vegetarian for 12 years then became a pescatarian for the past 8 years. Eating healthy and being mindful of the ingredients in my food is important to me. I consider myself to be a very artsy person. I love sewing clothes, painting, doing this outdoors, listening to music, photography, interior design & architecture, exercising and exploring the world!! Growing up I attended a Spanish Immersion School. While I don't use my Spanish daily, it has definitely helped me during my travels! I'm an animal mom to an English bulldog and Read more an African Grey Parrot....there's never a dull moment in my household! I'm also trained in First Aid, CPR, & AED.
