Hello, my name is Cait, and I am a 27-year-old professional with a strong academic foundation and a deep passion for working with children. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University with a focus in child and adolescent development. I have experience as a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and currently pursuing my Master’s in Social Work. Over the past 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with children in a variety of roles, including nannying, teaching, supervising, supporting children on the autism spectrum and directing childcare for a daycare. These experiences have helped me develop a calm, patient, and empathetic approach—qualities I consider essential when working with children who benefit from extra support and understanding. My mission is to provide a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where every child feels valued and empowered. I am committed to making a meaningful impact in the Read more lives of the children I work with and am constantly striving to grow professionally in order to best serve their needs.
