Hi, I'm Deja, a 21-year-old graduate student specializing in adolescent and child psychology. I discovered my passion for working with kids at 16 and have been nannying since. CPR certified, I've worked with newborns to 7-year-olds, creating structured schedules and fostering clear communication with parents. In my first long-term role, I cared for a newborn until she was almost 3. My second long-term family I cared for a 4-year-old and a 7-year-old. In between each of ny long-term families I babysit/nanny for short-term families as well :).
