I hold a master's degree in school counseling and am working toward a master's degree in social work. Due to the government shutdown, I am currently seeking a part-time job until I return to my previous work. I have several years of experience working with children, including roles as a lead toddler teacher, preschool teacher assistant, and student success class instructor. I have also worked as a case manager with the Division of Developmental Disabilities, gaining experience with a variety of disabilities. Additionally, I was a social worker with Child Welfare Services, spending many nights at the office caring for children in Hawaii custody who lacked placement. I can cook, do laundry, assist with hygiene routines, drive, and create schedules. I also enjoy pets like cats and dogs. I am comfortable cleaning up after pet messes and taking dogs for walks.
