Maddy was a life saver. Our first time leaving our son with a babysitter and we honestly struck gold. From her profile you already see how extremely qualified she is but on top of that she is laid back, kind and gentle. She set up a phone call before coming over and was absolutely on top of her game. When she arrived my son immediately left my side (13 months old - not typical) and had her by the hand showing her around . She sent great updates and was flexible about our return time.
