Hi! My name is Morgan, and I’m a Pre-K Lead Teacher with over 4 years of hands-on experience working with young children, especially ages 2–5. I truly enjoy creating a safe, structured, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, and feel comfortable. My background in early childhood education allows me to incorporate daily routines, learning activities, and positive behavior guidance into my care. I have completed a 40-hour RBT course and am CPR certified, which helps me support children with different needs while maintaining a calm and structured environment. I enjoy doing activities like arts & crafts, outdoor play, early learning (letters, numbers, colors), and helping children build independence through routines. I’m currently looking for a consistent nanny position, but I’m also open to occasional babysitting. I value clear communication with parents and strive to provide reliable, high-quality care.
