I am delighted to recommend Novlet as a full-time caregiver based on the wonderful experience my family has had with her over the past 5 years. We are sad to have to say goodbye, but we no longer need full-time care so we are happy to recommend her with no hesitations. Novlet is a very loving and diligent caregiver for our two children, now ages 9 and 5. She started with us when my youngest child was just 4 months old and we had just moved to a new town. Novlet has helped our youngest child grow from an infant into a happy, sweet, and very social child who is well prepared to start Kindergarten. She has guided my oldest through pre-K and elementary school and assisted with homework and other projects. She keeps my children happy and active, constantly engaging them in outdoor activities and play dates. She drives my children to school and activities each day and I have full confidence that they are safe and protected with Novlet. Novlet is highly professional, responsible and respectful of the families she works with. She consistently arrives on time and is considerate of the family’s schedule when scheduling personal days. Novlet helps to keep the house tidy and does the children's laundry multiple times a week. She also prepares their breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. Our family has been incredibly fortunate to have Novlet join us. Unfortunately, our daughter will be attending day care, starting in September, joining her older sister. Novlet is a truly special caregiver. A rare blend of caring, loving, professionalism, expertise and common sense. Our daughter was born very prematurely, at 29 weeks. She consequently requires daily physical therapy in order to help her develop her gross and fine motor skills. We were skeptical about finding someone who would be willing and capable of working with our daughter each day. Thanks to Novlet's dedication and skill, our daughter is now rolling over and sitting on her own. Novlet follows our daughter's physical therapist's instructions to the letter. Novlet adores our daughter, and our daughter's successes are her successes. Our daughter's progress brings tears to my eyes, and given that my husband and I work full time, our daughter's progress is nearly entirely thanks to Novlet. Novlet is also a working parent, and she appreciates the challenges faced by working parents. She is reliable, arrives on time, and does what she says she will do. She consistently goes above and beyond. It honestly breaks my heart that our daughter will be attending day care in September, but private, at-home care was not an expense we anticipated. Thanks to Novlet, our daughter will be well-equipped to make the transition. Novlet is a true professional. There is a long list of issues we simply don't need to think twice about when we leave our daughter in Novlet care each day. We trust her to manage any emergency that should arise. She is CPR certified. We know our daughter will not languish in a crib while a sitter chats on the phone all day - quite the opposite, in fact. Unless she is asleep, our daughter is playing, doing physical therapy, being read to...and engaging and laughing. Our daughter lights up with smiles and laughter as soon as she sees Novlet.
