Hello, my name is Mayte, I am a college graduate and have an associates degree in Liberal Arts. I have over 15 years experience in caring for small children ages 4 months to 12 years old. I worked at the Boys and Girls Club for a little over a year and enjoyed being a group leader, I was in charge of a group of 20 kids and had to follow a daily curriculum. I currently work as a instructional assistant, and have experience with children from elementary to high school. I work with kids with special needs mod/severe. Additionally, I have volunteered at a preschool in which I supervised the children during play time, helped them get to sleep at nap time, assisted them at lunch, and anything else the teacher needed assistance with. I am a kid at heart and I would enjoy doing any activities your child may like, from watching cartoons to playing video games, board games, playing outside, arts and crafts, you name it. I have been hired by different families in the past where I have changed baby's diapers, bathed, fed, put them to bed, picked them up from school, entertained them, getten them ready for school, and everything in between. Mayte helped out with our son’s zoom 3 days a week for 4 hrs each day. She was always early, communicated well by text, and did her best to keep up with our son with special needs. We are very appreciative of all her hard work to make sure his zooms went as smoothly as possible.

We needed to leave town unexpectedly on a Holiday Weekend and Mayte was quite accommodating. Drop-off was easy and pickup was quick and smooth ! Communication with Mayte via text was effective & prompt. She is very courteous and kind, mindful of details provided regarding care of your pet. It was great knowing that Mayte provided for all of our dogs needs. She listens to your suggestions and is sensitive to making sure that she provides the best care for your pet. We trusted that our dog was in good hands for 4 full days and indeed he was. It was great to have that peace of mind when you're away and just can't juggle too many things at once. Thank you, Mayte! You were a gem when we were in dire need of a petsitter and we appreciate you're time and affection to our pet. He appeared very happy when we picked him up.

Mayte is awesome!!! She did an outstanding job as pet sitter for our 2 little yorkies. We went out of town for 2 weeks and we really wanted to make sure that our dogs were in a loving and caring home. Mayte met us in advance to ensure that she was the best choice for the job! We received daily updates with photos that kept us informed on how our dogs were doing. She is very professional.
