I love being a sitter because I genuinely enjoy working with children and creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment for them. I especially enjoy getting to know each child's personality, interests, and individual needs. My background in child development has taught me how important it is to meet children where they are while still providing appropriate structure, consistency, and encouragement. I love being someone families can trust to care for their children and make their time together fun and meaningful. I have a bachelor's degree in Child Development and several years of professional experience working with children in school, childcare, and community settings. I have worked with children across a variety of ages and have experience supporting children with different developmental, behavioral, and learning needs. I am currently pursuing my master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), which has further strengthened my understanding of child development, learning, communication, and Read more positive behavior support. I bring both professional experience and a strong educational background to the care I provide.
