Adriana has been the biggest blessing to our family. She has been caring for my two children age 1.5yrs and 4.5yrs for a little less than a year, 2x a week. She is kind, highly competent, very smart and capable and can work independently and problem solve issues as they arise with ease, intelligence and grace. She creates developmentally appropriate activities for our kids, delicious snacks and meals for them that they gobble up. She is effectively teaching them spanish through conversation and play, and helps keep things moving according to our desired schedule for time outside, meals, naps, etc. She is very mature and a pleasure to work with- easy to communicate with re our needs and any feedback, she always immediately incorporates it and gives 100% of her love and effort to our family. Our children adore her and look forward to her arrival every time. My husband and I trust her completely and feel so relieved that when she is with our kids we don't have to give their care any additional worry - we know they are in excellent hands.
