Hello all! My name is Gracie, I am 26 years old, and I love to work with and care for children. I have worked professionally with children since 2021, one year in a daycare as team lead (under the assistant director). After that I became a nanny to a six month old and worked with that family up until the end of the most recent school year, but I do still babysit her as needed! She just turned two, so I’ve been with her since she was just little bitty! I regularly took her to play group, stuck to her schedules, made her meals (breakfast and lunch), and cared for any other needs. I can happily provide reference from her parents! I have another position lined up with a four month old starting soon. I consider myself a super playful sitter, but I know when it’s time to get serious. Read more I love to build forts, run around, and play hide and seek. I think learning is super important to children and fully believe that they learn all day long. Whether we’re counting how many chicken nuggets are on their plates or reading a book about shapes. I also love to do snesory play (big on painting) and have no issue getting a little messy!! I am CPR and first aid certified, have reliable transportation, and more than willing to bring child(ren) on outings. I love to swim, so I am 100% comfortable with potential summer pool days. I also am willing to provide light housekeeping (kids dishes, laundry, etc.) I am also a huge animal lover, especially cats and dogs, meaning I am totally comfortable if you have any furry friends hanging around!
