Hi, I’m Malia. I’m a stay at home mom and seeking the opportunity to grow with a wonderful family. I’m a kind, compassionate, and caring person born and raised in Maui Hi. As the oldest of my 6 siblings, caregiving has always been a part of my day-to-day. Becoming a mother myself (over 21 years ago) has really taught me the importance of the people you chose in your kids lives to care for them when you cannot. Most of my kiddos have grown into successful adults pursuing their careers and running successful businesses. My parenting style is very hands on in which I believe in being on the ground with them when they play, allowing them to express "big feelings" and give them the space for it, lots of arts and crafts, and positive reinforcement.
