Hello, I am a 22 year old that is currently in school to earn my degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Library Sciences. I have been working with children from ages 1 through 17 for the past 4 years. My experience is well regarded and I have been through both extreme, and slow setting of child care. I worked as a lead preschool teacher for about a year, until I was promoted to the Assistant Club Director at the Boys and Girls Club in Prescott, AZ. After a few months, I was then offered the position of Director. This position consisted of more behavior help and parental involvement, along with program planning. I was creating every activity for every day, some days it was only one activity, other days it was 5. From there I worked in group homes with teenage girls. This involved much more extremities with Read more behavior and physical aggression. The range of my experience varies because I want to be best prepared for every situation. I have been CPR & Fist Aid certified 3 times. I am educated, well versed, and have much knowledge of the childcare field. Lately, I have been looking to slow down and take more time to focus on my school work, but would love to assist and put my knowledge into action at the same time!
