It is an after school program that assist children with their homework and extra tutoring. I am the lead teacher therefore, I am responsible for developing lessons for the children. I also supervise the children during playtime and ensure they are safe. I work with children ages 7-15. I also have 1 year experience working as a childcare assistant with kids ages newborn-8 years. I helped with preparing the meals and maintaining a clean environment for the children. Tatiana filled in for 2 weeks while my regular nanny was out of town. She is such a wonderful person with my 9 month old baby. She's constantly attentive and caring, always singing to her and speaking some Spanish to her as I requested (She's fluent in both English and Spanish). There are few people who can get my baby to take a nap, especially in their arms, imagine my surprise when Tatiana did both things with my baby! We are using her ongoing weekly now because she's such a great joy to have around and for the baby to interact with. Definitely recommend her for babies, but she has vast experience with older children too since that's her daytime job, tutoring underprivileged children in math and reading etc. Highly recommend her!
