I am a 22 year-old college student. Working with the children in martial arts as well as helping care for my younger brother with autism and being a member of a club in my high school that was about assisting special needs students inspired my career choice. Having a head Instructors degree in Tae Kwon Do has given me the opportunity to work with children of all ages to develop meaningful skills that they will use in everyday life. Being one of the oldest children in my family and helping care for my younger brother, who has autism, and other family members for most of my life have helped me gain experience in childcare. I have a First Aid/CPR/AED certification. I have taken 2 years of American Sign Language in school. I am willing to work weekends, light housework, transportation, changing diapers if needed.
