Hello Families 🫶🏾 😊 A little bit about me, I’m the oldest daughter of 14 Siblings. I’ve been in the childcare field for 16 years. I first started as a babysitter then gained experience and knowledge throughout the years transitioned into a nanny. More recently I have taken on positions doing House-Management and looking for roles like this. A few of my MANY hobbies include reading, solving puzzles, DIY, Gardening traveling and trying new things. I am a mother to my phenomenal 4 year old daughter! I have been bringing her along with me and homeschooling her since she was born. We are a very outdoorsy duo and love to find new activities to do everyday such as neighborhood walks, parks, indoor play places, museums, farms, zoos,etc. I believe learning/discovery happens best outside the home. Out of home activities helps promote appropriate social interactions amongst people, animals and the environment. I respect & towards compassion towards their feelings, even the big ones. This allows them to feel heard & know that what they feel and say matters. Tanasha was on time, professional, and really engaged with our daughter. Over three days, she transformed the play space, organizing and sorting toys without being asked. Her daughter, who joined her, was a perfect playmate and super sweet. We’re definitely looking forward to having her back.

Tanasha has been a great asset to our family. She was hired to assist as a Family Home Manager for our busy fall season. She was flexible to our needs which shifted mainly to a massive home declutterring and reorganization project. Tanasha is highly skilled in focusing on what makes sense for the individual family’s she’s working with. She is very communicative and detail oriented. Her follow-through and follow-up is consistent. I love that she was able to come into our space and “get the job done” whatever it looked like for that week… organizing, cleaning, kids school prep, errands, seasonal decorating, etc. She brings professionalism and integrity to the job, and our family and kids are better for it.
