As an elementary teacher during the school year, I have years of experience working with children on a regular basis. I'm looking for one-time or short-term gigs because I will not be available once the school year begins. I would say my specialty lies with children on the spectrum. I have been able to connect very well with the vast majority of my elementary students with ASD due to my friendly demeanor, patience, and understanding. I am more than willing to visit for a "meet-and-greet" with both you and your child in advance to make sure I'd be a great fit as their sitter.
