Hi! My name is McKenzie Benedict. I am a recent graduate from Prior Lake High School and will be attending the University of St. Thomas next year. I also have a lot of college credits that I completed in high school, so I am definitely able to help out with any homework or summer practice work. In high school I was a fellowship of Christian athletes (FCA) leader, student leader at my church, junior optimist member, laker leaders member, varsity track and field runner, varsity cross country runner, and a soccer player. I have lots of childcare experience. I have been both volunteering and working in childcare for four years. I have been a swim lesson instructor for children of all ages for two years. I have also volunteered at a summer camp for three years. I have been babysitting for many years as well. I know basic safety and supervision skills as well. I supervise, care for, and entertain all the kids I watch. I love to stay active and busy so I would love to play sports, read books, do crafts, and much more with them. I am definitely a good nanny for children who love to stay busy. I am comfortable with pets as well. I have done a lot of dog watching and dog walking jobs myself. I also currently have a puppy. I am also very willing to clean the house, meal prep, or do any chores. I typically try to clean whenever I am able to while babysitting.
