Hello! My name is Ella Alfonso, and I’ve been babysitting for family and neighbors for a few years now. Each family has been different, which has taught me how to adjust to different routines and needs, whether I’m caring for toddlers or elementary-aged kids. Growing up, I was also a competitive dancer, and that experience gave me a lot of responsibility and patience—two qualities that are super important when caring for little ones. Now, as a freshman at Texas Tech studying to become a nurse, I feel even more passionate about helping others, especially kids. I’ve learned basic first aid and plan to get my CPR certification soon because I always want to be prepared and keep the children I watch safe.
