I hired Lucia upon our first call...She interviewed beautifully and was easy to get along with. She ended up working between16-24 hours a week and was very dependable to my schedule and needs. The best part was, I have a child with severe allergies and Lucia was outstanding in the care needed to prevent emergencies. I truly felt like my child was in great hands and didn't stress at all when they were together. She was always in time, and in very good communication so I felt like I was part of their day or knew where they were. An unexpected bonus were her own children became siblings to my only child, and that was a gift on multiple levels. The only reason Lucia's not with us still is that our child now attends school. I would recommend her to anyone with a small child!
